At AamGhar, we take great care in harvesting, packing, and delivering premium-quality mangoes. As our products are perishable in nature, returns are generally not accepted. However, customer satisfaction remains our priority.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Damaged mangoes
  • Spoiled mangoes upon arrival
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Product arrived significantly damaged
  • Product arrived spoiled due to transit issues
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Order could not be fulfilled by AamGhar

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Natural Variations

As mangoes are a natural agricultural product, variations in:

  • Size
  • Shape
  • Color
  • Ripeness

are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by weather conditions, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur and are not eligible for refunds.
